Only PDF files are accepted. Please ensure your document is exported or scanned directly to PDF format. Image files (JPEG, PNG) and Word documents are not supported.
Maximum File Size
Each document must not exceed 10MB. If your file exceeds this limit, please compress it using a PDF optimization tool before uploading. Files exceeding the limit will be rejected automatically.
Scan Quality Requirements
All scanned documents must be captured at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Documents must be fully legible, with no cropped edges, blurred text, or obstructed content. Poor-quality scans will be flagged during OCR processing and may require re-submission.
Document Validity Periods
- ·Bank Statements: Must have been issued within the last 3 months from the date of submission.
- ·Tax Returns: Must have been issued within the last 12 months. The 2023 tax return is currently required.
- ·National ID / Employment Contract: Must be currently valid and not expired at the time of submission.
